The underlying precept is that humans are social creatures and that a person is a multi-faceted being that changes when in contact with another person in their world. I have read about this subject before. I bought this book for a friend and decided to check it out before I handed it over. This was way too much detailed information. This is not a book for anyone who has not studied Transactional analysis.
