REVIEW

Paper version is excellent. Material (written in outline form) is concise yet comprehensive. I find the book to be more helpful (and less dull) than OrthoBullets, though they do complement each other well. Cannot speak to the online/kindle version—the book does include a code for online access but I have yet to do that.
