The media could not be loaded.  These cards have tasks according to whatever subject it says per the front of the card. They’re easy tasks that really help you become more mindful and aware of your surroundings, actions, reactions, and so on. I highly recommend pairing with the DBT workbook! Awesome set of cards. You can either shuffle them all and choose one card to work on a day or take a card from each category and do those tasks accordingly. I love these cards!
