REVIEW

Trail Guide is an overall, excellent series. I own nearly every reference book, workbook, etc. This vendor sent this guide in perfect condition and it was quick. However, every trigger point the author chose was complete garbage. And the author didn't go into the fact that everyone's body is different. You can see 2 patients with their S2 nerve on fire and one has their S2 near the edge of their hip while the second has theirs closer to the midline. But even with allowing uniqueness of bodies, the trigger points that were given aren't even remotely close to the majority of the population. I guess I have a book to write.
